POE 2 UI Cut off and discoloration in HO

The UI is not showing on the screen in full. it is cutting off the sides when i play on my surface pro (streamining) 2880x1920. The UI does not correctly resize to fit into the resolution.



The second image is how my inventory/skill/passive screen looks when in my HO. the screen is blue always in my HO (i am using the moving caravan from the supporter pack)
