[Idea] Ancestral Uniques

There are a lot of low-level uniques that are quite fun to experiment with in Act I=III, but they're absolutely garbage as you level up. I was thinking, it would be cool if there was a type of currency to create an "Ancestral Unique" that levels with your character, but the item would become bound to your account or character.
