Trial of Sekhemas cannot start

So I have the relic but when I have the caravan outside of Trial of the Sekhemas it does not let me leave the caravan. I get the prompt to press A but the glowing circle around the A just spins and when I press the A it just spins faster. I have reset my xbox and the game but still no result

exactly the same thing here.
Which mode are you playing?
I started in hardcore, I died in the middle of act2 but I decided to continue
