It happened again and I am quitting - GGG actually hate players

Today, for the second time this week, I finished a long Trial of Sekhema run with 11 keys and didn't get a single item or jewel from caches, not even one.

The first time this happened I thought it was a bug, but it isn't. You simply hate the players so much that you make us grind a really hard and unfair activity to not give us a single reward. How can this be possible? Who did this? Who actually decided that you can end up with nothing after a Trial?!

This game was not even close to be ready for a public early access. This game needed a lot of closed beta testing before making people pay for a product that simply punishes the time invested. You only watch those 5 ''top players'' get everything while breaking your game, and then make decisions based on that, but they will always break your game, no matter how hard and punishing you make it for the rest of the players.

I would really like to refund, but I guess that's not possible due to 500+ hours played.
Don't claim ever again that this is ''the best ARPG ever made''. This is just a very very expensive ''F2P'' product with an end game in alpha state presnted as an early access. The only success for PoE 2 comes from the marketing team.

Yes, but I can also see if something dropped.
This is the second time this happened. The first time, only 2 out of 16 keys dropped items. Today, out of 11, none.

I am not talking about a 2 phase Trial, I am talking about a level 80, 4 phases, end game activity that, by no means, should have empty caches... neither low rewards!!! The 2 keys that dropped items the first time were miserable magic items with T1 to T3 affixes.
Again: this game is crafted with hate to the players. They just wanted to stop the top 1% of this game and they failed, also making creating the worst experience in an ARPG ever made: RNG even to play the activities and low rewards for those who actually get to finish them.
You want to refund after playing a early access for 500 hours?

500 hours, for a live service game, equals nothing. They didn't sell a campaign, that's why they didn't even finish the campaign.
You are a bit lost in the context.
Players like the OP makes me sad in a way, because it's a loot game, it's very RNG but yet, some people still play and get mad. At least have some self-respect and play something that you enjoy.

These are the posts before people do quit and play something they enjoy. We just happen to be seeing a lot because of where the game is right now.

Every other ARPG out there is RNG based, PoE 2 is pure ludopathy. This game clearly aims to create some addiction and take advantage from the ones that already suffer that problem. This is the kind of thing that EA was doing with FIFA and they were sued because of it, Google it.

And yes, as the tittle says: I am quitting this casino gambling stuff. This is even worse than a slot machine.
