Act 2 Balbala

I did not Pick up the Act 2 Balbala or I picked it up and dropped it I cannot remember, now I have no way of access the trial of sekhema's zone. I have rekilled balbala in act 2 multiple times with no drops. I killed her act 2 CRUEL and she dropped a level 52 normal barya but not the quest item needed. Looking for solutions.

RESOLVED: Just do ultimate 4th ascendacny instead. instead
