Refunded points deleted and strange boss status

2 points were refunded. The points were removed from the skill tree and gold taken. The points were never returned to be re-assigned in the skill tree.

I assume that this is related:

Act 3, Azak Bog
Ignakduk, The Bog Witch shows in the world screen as not being killed. I know I killed this boss. Now, no matter how many time I kill this Bog Witch, she does not drop the green quest item to grant 2 passive points and never shows as killed in the world screen.

I'm wondering if one part of the game is detecting that I'm missing these 2 points and so I must not have killed the boss while another part of the game thinks that I already kill the boss and so I don't get the quest item.

If you allocate and deallocate points the tree visual sometimes gets messed up as to what points are actually allocated. The only workaround I've found is to log out and in.

Dang, you guys are right. I just went to refund all points and found that I have ([Current lvl] - 1) + 24 weapon set points. Looks like I have everything.
