minor bug with language switching

Hello,
This ain't a major bug since there is a workaround that takes less than 30 seconds to apply every patch because I want to play poe 2 in English.

My windows 11 is in French, and whenever there is a new patch to apply, I need to start poe 2 (the game is now in French), switch poe 2 to English in game, leave the game and restart it to be in English.
