771 728 921 reporting 2 bugs

Hi there PoE2 team,

I have came across 2 things that seems to be bugs as far as i can investigate.

1) Climate Change passive skill does not apply any damage if you wear Blueflame Bracers. Even when i kill a very low level boss i cant get ignite in to a boss even though its frozen and it should add 25% fire damage. On other hand Volcanic Skin with 8% fire damage easily applies ignite.

2) Couture of Grimson together with Blood Mage Sanguimancy causes the active Spirit skills de-activate withot any irrational reason like 50% of the times when it casts the spell.

I would love to get some expalanations to this, even better, a fix.
