My Ranger is slashing her arrows to shoot?

I noticed after the 1/30 patch, my character acts weirdly.

My Ranger slashes her arrows like a sword to shoot, and any skill messes up the game's camera. Like if I use the skill while moving, my character would be forced to walk while doing nothing, but the skill still killed enemies. Then when I stop moving, she would teleport as if she was running the whole time.

I've been loving the game so far, I can't wait to get back into it after this is sorted out.
