Game totally bricked after new patch

Just updated a 380 mb or so patch, relaunched PoE. When i try to enter map it says "Terrain is out of sync with game" or something like that, also when i fire my bow my character seemingly is throwing them from her fist and making strange noises. Finally when i try to use any skill other than basic attack, the animation does not happen, my character slows down and then teleports around.

since this new patch I get a "Buffer Underflow" error when loading the game... wasnt like this until this patch

I get two new errors on logging in. Still lets me log in, but now all my helmets are RED and cannot be worn. I was an idiot and took the one I had on off, now I can't put it back on!

The newest patch (as of like 5 minutes ago) fixed it. thank you, GGG is the best in the world
