Migrated from SSF>STANDARD but have no map device

I ripped a HCSSF character and I wanted to practice breach bosss so I migrated the character to standard but I have no map device nor any atlas points.

Atlas progress is league-wide, not account-wide. Your Atlas progress in HCSSF, SSF, and Standard are all completely separate.
Beyond that--only advice I know to give is to try running a map from the Ziggurat Refuge, maybe talking to Doryani in the Ziggurat Encampment (Present) first? There've been a few threads about characters migrated to different leagues not being able to access the endgame, but I've missed reports of how to fix that--other than migrating all league progress (which I don't think would work for HC->Standard anyways) or running a fresh character through campaign. |

" In Cruel, I only see Ziggurat Encampent (Past) twice. One brings me to the other side of the portal and the portal is not active, and the other is the endgame where the map device is. I can see the atlas map but there is no map device. I'll try a couple more things. |

Yeah, accessing Ziggurat Encampment is annoying since the waypoint is removed from the town in endgame.
You can still reach it by taking a waypoint to an adjoining area and walking to it. I used The Drowned City. |

I've tried backtracking from there earlier and there's nothing there that will help. Thanks though.
