Rare Mon Unable to Damage

My map Vaal Foundry.
There is 1 rare monster that cannot be defeated. Only this monster left, I can't finish this map. Seen similar in the same map. The monster is untargettable. Cannot see it's health bar and couldn't damage it at all. It was just hitting me with it's attacks, but I could not do anything to it.

I encountered this same issue, same map. Tried AoE attacks but nothing affected it
