Unexpected Disconnects - Lost Maps

This has happened to me multiple times today. Play is fine, no noticeable lag, the get booted from map with "a unexpected disconnection occured".

Log back in usually immediately. Most recent occurrance, on character select, got an additional error "this action requires the account to be logged in".

Have lost portals to maps in progress, and on atlas, they are now listed as "map attempted".

Lost loot on ground, lost precursor effect, lost map used, going to lose another map to continue atlas pathing. This is the worst part of 1-portal endgame.

Same thing happened to me--disconnected mid way through a map. Lost all my loot, lost the map, and the waystone.

Also immediately tried to log back in, but was met with "this action requires the account to be logged in". Tried to log in again without issue.

Being penalized for an issue outside my control feels bad.

+1 feel pain to loose maps on DC, not sure if that could be solve in a way or another.
