Copper Citadel with Delirium "bug"?

I was just doing a Copper Citadel with Delirium active and during the boss fight with "Jamanra the Abomination" which is a 2 phase fight, I was killed by 10+ Delirium monsters waiting on the side before I was even able to take control of my character. Pretty cool.
