Sanctum Crash/Disconnect on Zarokh kill

I've had this happen twice now => Kill Zarokh, as he's dropping his loot when the relics are ready to drop (other items have fallen) the game freezes and:

first time) game crashed to desktop
second time) unexpected disconnection occurred

right as the relics were about to fall.

setup:
relics with relic quantity for 2 relic drops
unique vase relic for jewel drop

both times I lost my jewel drop as I couldn't pick it up fast enough (instantly) and couldn't see what my unique relic drops even were.

Suggestion: when completing sanctum, set the active respawn point to the current instance loot room instead of closing the instance and restarting in the trial entrance. At least then I would be able to log back in and collect my loot instead of losing it, the unique relic, and the time invested.
