ATLAS section cut out, bugged hideout map

Hey,

So last night I had the bug where I completed an hideout, have the map be green on the atlas map and still it wouldn't let me advance to the linked maps. Usually i'd just go in another direction, but the problem is, there are 3 citadels after this map and there is no other connection to that side of the map, so now I'm basically stuck with a usuless atlas. As you can see in the screenshots, I have no way to get to the section of the map that has the citadels, because its only connection is the "Felled hideout map"

I've explored the entire zone around it, there is no connection. Has this happened to anyone else ? I also started going in other directions, and have no citadels spawning, I'm guessing it's because i already have 3 ?
