Enemies w/ Energy Shield not counted as Kills when killed with Poison

This is a documented bug now.

Enemies who are killed by poison damage with remaining ES are not counted as deaths.

No XP, no potion charges, no delirium progress.

Making my poison build feel impossible to level now for the XP.

This should be a hotfix.
