I am kinda stuck?

maybe someone can help me.
I am kinda stuck in act 2

I got 3 quests, but I'm not dropping the quest items.
Once I should pick up Mastodon tusks (A theft of ivory), which do not drop. I killed him like 10 times but no drops.

Neither Ascent to Power - it just says move to trators passage, and back to town. this goes on and on and on.

Neither I receieved the Horn of the Vastiri. Here I aswell tried to kill the boss multiple times without a result.

Can anyone help me or got any idea?

I restarted the game, I changed the langauge and now I am here :D
Anyone got any idea what I can do to progres?
