Elemental penalty Bug

Hi, this is for POE2, I finished with 2 chars and I am on endgame now, if I remove all my equipment and go to Clearview, or Trial of Chaos I have no penalty on my chars, but if I tp to my hideout all my chars has -40 penalty resistance. even if I put an armor that gives me a total of 75% resistance on all, I never reach the cap, unless I access those 2 previous maps mentioned, but on any other map, I still have a penalty. it this just a visual bug or this is actually giving the penalty on my chars on any map?

Characters receive a -10% penalty to elemental resistance at the end of each act. By endgame, the cumulative penalty is -60% to all elemental resistances. Some quests/side bosses in Campaign grant your character permanent buffs and among them +20% all ele res. So the final res are -40%.

This does not make sense at all, have a look at this youtube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JR4ZloxV0o&t=3s I have the same exactly set as him and he has more resistance than me without my gear. so I think this could be an issue on consoles, on PC he has all resistance from this Morior and gems.

Whatch his video, he has the Morior with 5 res gem = 75% total, plus 1 5% on glove, 1 5% on Helm, 1 5% on boots. total of 85% max so how does he has that?

Sory, but I think you did not understand, if I have the same res from all equipment as him, and the same skill tree and everything the same it is a bug or I am not having what need to be in the game or Him has more than the regular players. please re-watch the video and you can see that apart of the resistance that I mentioned he does not have any other item that gave him resistance.

First, let me start by saying I did not watch the video, so take my comment as you will.
Resists on other gear, such as belt, rings, gloves, boots, necklace, helmet, shield if using one. You have to pay attention to each piece of gear individually. Also if he's using an ingenuity belt, then the rings become even more important, since ingenuity provides increased bonuses from the rings, which is why people corrupt ingenuity trying to break the natural cap. You can't just blindly follow a persons build and expect to have the same exact outcome, as rolls on gear play a major part in everything about your character. |

"In this video he doesn't show his real gear (amulet, rings, helmet, boots). Maxroll is just a planner. At least one ring is definitely different from the planner.  |
