Second shock stack always weaker than 1st one

On breach boss the second shock stack is always weaker. On other bosses and rare monsters seems ok.

Seems something wrong with Voltaic Mark. Because 64% * 1.45 = 92%.
So Mark applies for the 1st hit but doesn't apply for second. |

I've made further investigation and yes, mark effect not applies for 2nd shock stack. Please fix it.
