Lightning Conduit Scaling (Cast on Shock Setup) (Balance Bugs)

I am not sure what GGG are thinking delaying balance changes but current state of the game is not good.

Lightning Conduit is a spell that has scaling with Shock %, it says that it gives 100% more DPS per 5% shock on a target what it means is that if the target has 100% shock on it, which is fairly easy to stack via magnitude of shock on your jewels or passive tree.

That the damage multiplication looks like this

2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2

At such scaling getting billions of dps is not unthinkable it is fairly easy.

We need a balance patch, we need 5 divines fake builds that do 300 mln dmg in one hit to go. We need temporalis/tempest flurry fix, there should not be builds with 600-1000% movement speed, that explode 3 screens in one click and click 30 times per second.

I am writing this into bug report because the way this scaling works is more of a bug than feedback. It has to be drastically adjusted it had to be done in previous patch.

We have long passed the greatness of ARPG solid campaign, that was polished, and entered power scaling madness of worst poe1 leagues, with a balance and economy of zimbabwe.
