Gravebind Rope Cuffs Bug
Gravebind gloves Item description:
"Enemies killed by anyone in your Presence count as being killed by you instead" If another player kills something when they are in your presence (as written on the gloves) but you're not in the presence of the monster that died, even if the player that killed it is in your presence (as the gloves require) the gloves do literally nothing - they have no effect and don't work as written in the item and might as well have a blank item description at the moment. That’s not how it’s supposed to be, though. The gloves should just care that the person killing the enemy is in your presence, not where the enemy is. How to make the bug happen, its really easy: Put on Gravebind Rope Cuffs and have someone else kill a monster while you’re nearby wearing the gloves. You'll immediately see See that the monsters only count as being killed by you if you’re also standing near the monster, if the monster dies outside of your "presence" which could just be a little bit away from you, you don't get the kill credit despite wearing the gloves, the original killer gets it even though they are within your presence and your gloves do nothing. You can check that the gloves are not working if you're not in the monsters presence by writting /kills and checking the number for the killer and the person wearing the gloves. What the item description says it should do: You should only need to be near the person doing the killing, not the actual monster, based on the item description. That’s the way the effect is described, but right now, that’s not the case and its 100% a bug. The fact that the monster died outside your presence shouldn't matter as long as the killer is in your presence. How often it happens: Every darn time This is kinda making the gloves way harder to use as they dont even work half the time unless the person wearing the gloves is hugging the monster. Hope you can fix it soon so it matches what the tooltip of the item says. Thanks! Zuletzt angestoßen am 22.01.2025, 04:42:32
