Azak Shaman in the Azak Bog in act 3 cast too many walls

Walked into an area with like 3 Azak shaman, and they were all spamming walls constantly for a while.. my build is janky as has no clear, and if I didn't have leap slam I could have been stuck there and forced to restart from checkpoint to move on.

Seems like there was very little or no cooldown on that skill.
