Appearing offline

In chat while playing;

When I select someone to execute a trade, they show as offline. So I looked at others and they are all offline in chat.

Now, I can invite them to party, but then i am not able to warp to their instance, or them to warp to me?

Worked fine last night, so I'm not sure what to do.
