Items on ground completely disappeared on PS5 after a couple seconds. No filters being used

Love the game. Played my first character up to lvl70.

Issue is with my new mercenary character. Currently, lvl 20. Issue started around mid act 1. All items that drop either can't been seen at all or show for a couple seconds then disappear and can't be interacted with anymore. Unless I stand overtop of the item and don't move while fighting. If a boss drops all the items without me beside it, all the items disappear and can't be picked up.

It's making it impossible to find items while playing. Gold doesn't show up but I can still auto pick up which is good.

I'm playing on PS5. I have no filters on. I also tried to uninstall and installed game again. Set my PS5 into safe mode and reset cashe. Since those are some fixes I've seen on reddit. Issue still persists.

this was happening to me. Try going into the options under Interface>Gameplay and check "always highlight". this fixed it for me.
