Prism of Belief doesn't effect

I got a Prism of Belief that grants +3 levels to Tempest Flurry, but when I socket it into the passive tree jewel socket, it only shows +3 levels on the skill board (20 > 23), with no difference in damage or mana cost.

Same problem here, I don't get it. I'ts a bug maybe?

Well, after play a little with it, the damage updates, probably after loading a map. Fixed Hre.
