URGENT BUG REPORT – Quest Progression Issue in POE 2

Hi,

Currently, my character in POE 2 is experiencing an issue with quest progression.
I have completed all the main quests for 6 Acts (the first 3 Acts and the last 3 Acts to finish the game) and have reached the stage where I can start running maps. However, when I place a map into the portal, the game notifies me that I have not completed all the quests and campaigns. After reviewing my progress, I found that I have completed all the offline quests properly.

Additionally, there seems to be an issue with a quest from Act 1. After defeating the final boss of Act 1 and interacting with the NPC to fast travel to Act 2, the quest was marked as completed. However, after about 30 seconds, the quest status reverted to incomplete. I have tried multiple times to finish this quest, but it appears to be stuck in a loop and cannot be completed.
