Map Device Not Working

Died on my level 90 character ssfhc and cannot map from Ziggurat nor my hideout. I also lost all of my atlas points. I've tried so many things re-logging, repair, server hop, zone reset...
One of the weirdest parts is I cannot get to the old Ziggurat town, I just am placed with no large gate to walk through. After all the hours and time I put into my character, I can't even play her anymore :.( |

" You will probably have to level up a new character on standard to unlock the mapdevice until this is fixed. Progress and atlas points remain on hc and are not transferred to standard upon death. |
