Necrotic Talisman skill node does not seem to be working

Hello,
I acquired a "Rondel of Fragility- Lunar Amulet" to use it with the "necrotic talisman" skill node. However I can't see ´what stats are actually transferred to my minions. As far as I can tell none of them are. Which is super strange to me, because in that case this is just disabling my amulet... Here are the stats of the amulet

+20 Energy shield

(15–30)% increased Skill Speed
(20–30)% increased Critical Hit Chance
-30% to all Elemental Resistances
(30–50)% increased Damage

it is actually not a bug, I just could not see the status changes in the city. as soon as I went into the actual areas, the stats applied just fine!
