Lightning conduit level modifier does not work when viewing from cast on shock.

The level modifier does not show when viewing lightning conduit from cast on shock when on controller.

Playing on PC.

When using MnK everything displays correctly.
Playing on controller the modifiers do not show up.

This is only when slotted in with Cast on shock. The +7 levels show up perfectly when slotted directly into a skill slot.

This is a massive DPS hit. Hopefully y'all can fix this one quickly.
