can someone critique my spark archmage build?

anyone willing to critique my build thus far? Feel like my damage is much lower than some of the other builds that ive been following and i cant figure out why (spark dps unbuffed is like 45k and guides are usually well over 100k).
Currently have about 3500 ES, 5400 mana pool and 45k spark dps.

I have 170k DPS on spark
7k ES
7.2k Mana
419 Int
Your items looks better than mine, but i have mana/int on all possible things.
And i also have the Dream ring.

I'm using a rare chest that give me 52k DPS (918 ES and 32 int)

Oh, also i have +2 skills on focus, thats huge.

Missing +Level to Spells, with up to +4 more levels to gain on wand&focus that's over 50% more damage on Spark. Focus prefixes should avoid ES for increased damage while Helmet ES can be scaled much further. Boot no mana.

Passives, consider annointing Mental Toughness and ditching the nodes around Conservative Casting. Can pick up nodes like All Natural, Ingenuity and replacement cast speed & regen. Also Jewel slot past Calibration.
