Hyena Boss Fight Bug

The Hyena boss fight seems to be bugged (at least for me) as when I die I cannot resurect at the checkpoint. The error message I get in the Chat is "You do not have the right quest state". Only way to fix it is to go to char selection screen and re-enter the game like that. If I do that, it does correctly place me at the checkpoint.

I also encountered this bug in the same area after dying to Rathbreaker.

So with the help of another player, I was walking them through the bug on how to get themselves respawn. Which as you mention can only be done by relogging or going back to character select. I was able to get in a party with them to try to help them out. It was giving the issue that you couldn't teleport to them because you didn't have the right quest state. So it might just be because it's the beginning of act 2 it throws us into a separate instance which also throws the respawning out of whack because you can't teleport to this area. The outskirts are blocked from the map completely when you attempt to teleport there. So I believe the fact this area is a separate instance entirely causes this bug to happen. No one can teleport in unless you go through the hooded one in act one. And even then after you leave it takes it off the map again.
