broken beam on priest of sun minion POE2

Hi, when the priest of sun turns on his laser, it can't be stopped by freezing or stopping time. He just keeps hitting me and the others turn into him, so what's the point of stopping time or freezing if it doesn't stop the attack.

worst is that when freezed his animation stops but hes still damaging me even if the laser is shown in another direction.

Also really annoying when the mob is on higher ground the laser stayes on the high level but damages you standing under it (visualy really hard to tell if you are in it or not)
