Bug com Mob Elite

Fiz esse mapa todo e o elite simplesmente nao aparece, diz que ele esta em um lugar no mapa mas eele nao aparece

For a missing Mob will I lose the GGG citadel?
This is the third citadel that I will lose after killing the boss, the map is missing a rare elite that does not appear. Suggestion, eliminating the boss ends the map regardless of whether it has a rare mob.
