Chaos Trial - Not Opening - "Operation could not be completed"

Hi GGG,
want to start trial of chaos, put in the inscriptum to the trial and try to open, but Poe tells me "Operation could not be completed" After the patch was released I was able to do one trial, but now it is stuck. Did a new login and also hard reset of the game, on PC and PS5 but nothing solved the problem. Same error, but to me it happened after failing the trial with the quest. After that inputting the Ultimatums it said the same thing. Also the trial seems to be open, but it says that the instance has expired and cannot be accessed.
