No Boss Loot After Patch

I took a screenshot, but not sure how to share it.

Just did a tier 15 boss map with breach, sulphuric cavers. Beat the boss, and he dropped zero loot.

Just realized, it bugged out and I was trapped in the boss arena. It was as if I didn't beat the boss. I tried to portal out, wouldn't let me. I had to log out to login, came back in and my character wouldn't move in my hideout. Logged out and changed to a different server (texas) and then i could move but my map was gone/no portals.

Same issue here on a T3 boss map. I was able to go to character select, come back, go back into the T3 map. When I got to the boss area I had to enter the Arena, at which point it was dead and my problem persisted.

Same here killed the Sulphuric Caverns boss, didn't drop loot and I can't leave boss area. Changing servers and inviting a friend didn't work, still not able to leave boss area.
