Shockwave Totem Nerf why?

Marauder is already super un played, i did an ancestral / sunder totem, with shockwave build, and now shockwave dont even pop/proc , it was doing like 4 proc over 5 sec ish, now its nerf ? what its goin on GGG? im I crazy no1 play this build
