Map Pausing infinitely

Have tried several maps on the new patch. Every time I check my inventory, the map pauses infinitely. There is no way to get back into the map even if you restart the game, log back in.

On one instance I left the game paused for 10 minutes and then it allowed me to instance into the map. Please fix this.
