[PoE 2] Broken atlas - still no citadels after patch 0.1.1

Hi, it seems my atlas is somewhat bugged because it doesn't show any citadels.
I have quests to obtain key fragments but it's impossible to progress because of the "spawning" problem. Same here, no citadels

meanwhile those who ran citadels prior to the patch are able to rerun those same citadels again. bugged

I also don't seem to have any citadels.
I never found one before despite completing tons of t15+ maps, was really hoping to see some beams. I'm going to try just going in 1 direction and see if I find one but I doubt it |
