Problems with a purchase in the Shop duplicated.
Hello,
On 18 of december i have opened a case in the e-mail of a double purchased that happened with me on the Shop inside of the game. The case was happened on 17 December. I was trying to buy a visual effect, where i was debited two times. Someone from ggg was asnwered the e-mail on 1 Jan, and till now (16 Jan) i didnt receive any feedback anymore. My e-mail: " His response: " I have attached the Transaction ID of Steam about my purchase and all that was asked, But still without any message.
