Miners pushing explosive mine carts in Muwdun Mine bug

Today one of these pushed their cart towards me and it exploded and missed me. I went to the little dead-end area behind him to pick something up. When I tried to cross the little bridge again, something kept hitting me, little explosions, stopped me moving a second, like it was the cart being pushed but it wasn't there anymore. Getting across again did a lot of damage and almost killed me!

The effect doesn't go away, I tried going back a few times to get something I missed.
