[POE 2] Locked during Map lost loot (Augury, Breach, Delirium )

I was doing a map a Augury, lvl15 Waystone, with Delirium Mirror and a Breach.


I cleared the whole map (2 Divine dropped from mobs)

I was in Delirium the whole time.

Once I cleared the map I activated the Breach and begane clearing the breach mobs.

All went well until I got stuck in place. I couldn't move, use skills or portal.

I went back to character screen, thinking I'll lose the map and the loot I didn't pick up (mostly the breach fragments). It was annoying but fine for me.

But once I spawned back in the Ziggurat Refuge, I discovered the loot I already picked up (including the 2 divines) disappeared.

The map itself is "attempted" even if I cleared the whole map and got the "map completed" message. So I also lost the modifiers & the Waystone I used for it.

No idea what caused this.
