Trial of Chaos uncompletable Vaal Soul Core instance Bug Report ID: #3676586738

basically the title but i zoned into a collect 3 vaal soul core instance and it looks like one or more of the required levers to move the walls did not spawn in. so im unable to collect even a single of the three vaal soul cores. not really sure what other info i can provide on this but i'm forced to leave this trial due to lock out.

maybe i should just pay for a temporalis so i can blink through walls with the game breaking item so i dont have to worry about bugs like this i can just teleport using the only movement skill in the game....

there is also a bug with these moving walls where you can teleport to the top of the wall if you step on the perfect pixel shown below
