Chaos trial last ascendancy point bug

I have gathered all 3 pieces and killed chaosmaster twice.
Both times i could not use the altar to get my last ascencion after finishing the trial.


edit: well I did not know that there are only 8 points of ascendancy and I already got mine from the trials of sekhmas
