unable to interact with relic altar in trial of sekhemas

I was trading relic today and after I'm done I try to enter the trial but i could not open the altar. Same thing happened to the guy I was trading with. We managed to solve the problem on his side by teaming up again. But no matter what I do I still can not open the relic altar.

I tried to go to other map and come back, restart the game, team up with the guy again, non of these method work for me. I tried to enter with another character it worked, and i come back to this character it's still bugged.

Damn i tried to switch character several more time it worked. Still don't know how it worked

I was able to fix this problem by doing a trial with my other character.
