Trouble with getting cosmetic of Supporter Pack (Lord of Ogham)

Hello, I've extended my basic supporter pack to Lord of Ogham, after like 10 minutes received 300 coins of it, but didn't get any cosmetic that was included in the package.
Please help me get my cosmetic from this package

It's been a week that i sent message to support via mail but there's still no answer, so i decided to give feedback here. Hope for your help @Grinding Gear Games
