Loaded up game and ”game paused” stuck in loading screen now. All characters. Ps5

So I loaded my game who was on my ”rest mode” ps5.
I was standing by a waypoint and checkpoint but it said game paused in big white letters.

Tried to unpause it by button mashing when that didn’t work I tried to restart to checkpoint three times and it didn’t let me. My character moved three times lite a glitch/flicker strike and then loading screen. No access to any characters at all now. Softlocked.

FIXED. Turn off cross play and switch server to fix then turn it back again!
