constant rubbering on the game

game keeps freezing for 1-2 sec them everything moves fast to catch up
been impossible to play for a long time, had to buy the pc version

Not a console issue but a server or connection issue, are you running your console with a cable or wifi? Also connecting to your closest server when you login helps as well.

I agree it's super annoying and Endgame is a slideshow on PS5. I hope some optimization is coming.
