Savannah Map Unplayable in Slow Motion

Hello!

I'm new to PoE, so forgive me if I'm leaving out any particular details-- happy to elaborate.

I opened a Tier 5 Map on "Savannah" with two modifiers. When I enter the map, the game appears to be in slow motion (as if I'm getting only a couple FPS), but my FPS counter is still reporting 150-180.

TPing back to town immediately fixes the issue, but TPing back into the Map resumes it.

Not sure what's going on, it's the first time this has happened, but wanted to make sure I reported it.

CPU: 7800x3d
GPU: NVidia 3090 FE
RAM: DDR5 32GB 6000 CL30
OS: Windows 11 24H2
POE: Latest version as of this posting

Map Modifiers:
- 98% increased chests
- 35% more monster life

UPDATE:

Eventually it seems to "fix itself" after I cleared a "Gloom Shrine" and killed the rare mob that spawned. It went "fast forward" for a few seconds and then seemed normal.. so weird

This appears to be a server lag issue.

I was in my hideout, 25 ms. Went into the Savannah map, ms jumped constantly from 20-100+ ms. Went back into the hideout, back to 25 ms. Opened Hidden Grotto map and got 25 ms.

Guess is there's an issue with the map on the server.

Yeah, sounds like an issue I had. This is happening to me on multiple maps, not just Savannah though, and has happened two me 100% of the time I have a Breach in my map... Not that I started the Breach, just that it exists in the map.

Network stays around 30MS, and spikes up to about 200MS at times, but this is also true while in the Hideout where the issue doesn't exist.

This seems like a CPU issue with the server, it being overloaded or there being bad servers in the mix.

Sorry this happened to you, it's absolutely infuriating to spend time juicing up your Atlas so you can get on and play on a Saturday, just to have it all taken away from you by something stupid like this.

It's even worst when there is a boss in the map.. There's something really wrong with something on that map.
