Character moving on his own

So I just experienced a really weird thing where my character just ran off on his own, I had no control and couldn't stop it.. eventually it stopped and luckily I was in the refuge and not in a map, but is this happening to anyone else on xbox series X? Never had it before and it's just after the bug fixes patch and now I'm worried it will happen while in a situation where it could disrupt my game play..
